Leasing FAQ

Many people have questions about our leasing process. To make things easy for everyone, we've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions. What lease terms do you offer?
Usually our lease terms range from 6 to 12 months.

How much are your deposits?
All units require a $200 deposit for a 12 month lease, and $300 deposit for a 6 month lease. There is a $35 fee for every applicant over 18. We may require additional deposits based on credit, rental, and/or employment history.

Do you charge membership fees for the gym?
Memberships to the fitness center are included in your monthly lease fee.

What about parking?
We have open parking located all over the community. Assigned covered parking is available for an additional $25/mo.

How big is Timber Creek?
Timber Creek Apartment Homes are built on over 7 acres of beautiful land. We have 88 apartment homes.

What kind of shopping is in the area?
We are located a short distance from Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Brookshire's, Beall's Department Store and many other clothing, home goods, and grocery stores.

What is your pet policy?
Timber Creek Apartment Homes is a pet friendly community. A $300 pet deposit is required per pet and monthly pet rent of $10 per pet per month. There is a limit of two pets per apartment and no aggressive breed dogs, or pets exceeding 35 pounds. Only domesticated animals such as cats, dogs, fish and birds are allowed.
